Demo and synthetic boundary

Using a fully synthetic demonstration portfolio, the whitepaper walks through dual-branch simulation (one branch mirroring historical decision patterns, one modelling a fairer counterfactual baseline) and shows the resulting metrics, certificates, and hash-linked manifests an audit or model-risk team would review.

Everything in this whitepaper was generated from synthetic demonstration data. It contains no customer data and no real borrower records.

It is published from a non-commercial demo prerelease (v5.0.0-rc9-public-fix-2724455) and is not a general-availability release, a certification, customer output, or proof of a public Marketplace listing.

The intake bundle is an unsigned, non-evidence-grade diagnostics ZIP with the aggregate synthetic-data and fairness inputs used for the public whitepaper build.

Verify it yourself

Verification is offline: no Equilens service is involved.

1. Download the PDF and intake ZIP from the pinned release above.
2. Recompute SHA-256 checksums and compare them against SHA256SUMS.txt from the same release.
3. Where signatures are enabled and vendor authorship is claimed, signed release manifests and vendor-authored evidence attestations can be verified against the public keys in the Equilens vendor trust root at /fl-bsa/trust-root.json (ECDSA-P256). Expected trust-root SHA-256: e091d563deebba59b6d3c10e59de71ba31894c4e39b5332302e3f6962a1a1b85. Verify out of band.
